How It Began . . .
Five Star has been a concept-in-practice for more than 10 years by a small group of construction professionals who have worked to developed ways to better value-engineer projects and provide a stronger focus on customer service. As a result of our shared passion, Five Star Construction Management was created.
What We Do:
We work together with our clients to understand their needs, systems, and expectations and offer a flexible approach that ensures our projects meet deadlines and exceed expectations. Our scope of work encompasses four areas of the building industry: Commercial, Industrial, Government and Design-Build.

Commercial & Industrial Builds
Although we boast a technical proficiency in Medical Builds and Multi-Floor projects we continue to expand to all types of ground-up builds, tenant improvements and build-outs.
We match each project with the Project Manager and Superintendent who have the most experience and technical aptitude in the build type. Because of this, our commercial team completes each project within budget, on time and exceeding our clients' expectations in personalized service and building expertise.
Within our Commercial Builds department, we have a dedicated Craftsman Team to handle specialty builds for Historic Restorations, Wood Window Restorations, renovations, and remodeling / tenant improvements.
Federal Projects
Being a veteran owned company, we are savvy builders of federal projects and base requirements for NAVFAC and USACE. All our Federal Project Team members are Tri-Hats which means they are all experienced Construction Professionals, each with a minimal of QCM, EM385 and SSHO certifications and experienced with RMS platform.
Design-Build
We have developed strong relationships with architects and engineers to help our clients achieve their vision. Maintaining great relationships with architects, building proficiency, a commitment to our clients’ vision and our technically skilled staff with a “never-say-can’t” attitude has given us a reputation for "building the impossible".
